Ok, so work is in the process of begining to wrap up here. Not soon enough for me, but I guess I can't complain. Eventually I'll be back home, riding my bike and exercising to my heart's content. I've been very pleased with the gym next door where I've been swimming and running the last few weeks. Had a fantastic swim last night, wish I could have gotten more in, but they close at 10, shit that is when my night is starting. But yeah.. feels wierd swimming around people who are really really bad. It would be like Michael Jordan going to the park to play a pick-up game. I'm not bragging about how good I am, but merely at how bad these people are. True, most of them seem to be old enough to be in a rest home, but still.. I feel like I'm freaking flying compared to these people. What really sucks is that this must be what it has always felt like for Sean when he swims with me. Damn, that is sort of humbling.
Other news, for those of you needing to get a fix on all things concerning zombies, Joey has started Zombie Talk, for those of us with nothing more productive to do with our imaginations. Ahh, that is sort of sad, but entertaining none the less. Expect lots of interesting comments and posts in the near future.
In other news, I've found that it is possible to function on 3 hours of sleep a night and still feel productive. I know, I know.. we all remember Ryan Rollings but I've found it is entirely possible. True, I have to sneak in little 30 minute naps here and there.. but I find that I can still exercise and work 15-17 hours a day, plus the driving, and feel fine. Sure, I wouldn't want to have to operate any heavy machinery, or even run a triathlon, but I feel ok doing what I have to do up here. But also, getting back onto a 7+ hours a night schedule will be really nice. Ahh.. not having to get up at 6 will rock.
Ok, since I've found that long posts get less comments, I'm gone..

Ryan Rollings basically wrote the book on sleep deprivation, sleep walking, and sleeping in class. I miss that guy. Anyone know Ian Rummel's current email address?
No clue, I think he still checks rummelia(AT)hendrix.edu
