A few things that I've learned in the last day or so.
1: It isn't called an explosion, it is called a reaction.
2: Reactions are loud, and if you are close, also hot.
3: Reactions scare me shitless.
4: If you're scared shitless, it is a good chance that everyone around you is too.
5: Adrenaline can keep you pumped for hours.
6: This job is much more dangerous/exciting than I had ever imagined it to be.
7: Take nothing for granted, since you'll never know when a random drum of something is going to react and make a big "ka-fucking-boom" (quote from one of the guys working here.)

What blew up!? What blew up?!
I'm not sure exactly what blew up... err reacted. Something nasty, that is all I know.
Well there were only claims of orange smoke. I didn't see any smoke.. so I don't think there was any.
Explosions explosions explosions! I have to read about goddamned fucking pottery all fucking day, so you'd better get with the talking about explosions now that you've mentioned that you've got some.
I'll post a long narrative of the reaction tomorrow or the next day. Don't worry Joey.. I was lucky that I made my saving roll or I might not be here right now.
OHHHH!!! EXPLOSIONS... err.. REACTIONS!! and near death rolls to safety!! did you jump out of an exploding helicopter? bc that would be super cool.
good thing you had your mask with you, it gives a +5 to saving roles against poison/ acid traps... plus the orange/white sparks/smoke were with regards to barrel (of Mg/Al) fire(works)
did you also save the president? it would be cool if you saved the president. i don't mean like the real president. you should save martin sheen next time something explodes. he has multiple sclerosis!
